This privacy policy is embodiment and symbol of our commitment to safeguarding your privacy. We have to record your IP address so that we can efficiently diagnose problems with your server and domain and solve it in the most effective manner possible. The registration form of our website requires your personal details such as your name, email address and phone number. This information is used by our organization to send billing details and information regarding our company and our products. Security We follow standard protocols and have necessary security measures in place to prevent any misuse, loss or alteration of information submitted to us through our website. All the date is protected by an industry standard firewall and the access rights are only granted to The Cloud Rack personnel.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the plan isnít renewed, the hosting plans will automatically expire.

In case, you want to cancel our service, you will have to contact The Cloud Rack billing team by creating a ticket, complete with account and proper payment details.

The cancellation requests should be placed with Gretis at least 30 days before the end of the Billing Cycle. We will confirm cancellation request as soon as it is processed. If you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch with our team in the earliest.

There is no provision of refund for Mini, Special Promotional Packages, Nano / Economy Packages, Discounted Packages or Coupons and Monthly Billed Packages.

The refund request will be rejected if a refund is requested after 90 days from the date of order of the account.

The refund request will be rejected if the account fee is not paid full in advance before the account is created.

The refund request will be rejected for packages that are cancelled during the FREE period. (For example, in our two plus one package, the service for last year is free, so the refund canít be processed during or for that year.)

The refund request will be rejected if an account was previously reported for resource abuse or overuse.

The refund request will be rejected if the particular account has violated the terms of service or has participated in activities that have resulted in incurring charges to bring back services to normal.

The purchased domain credits canít be refunded.

The Cloud Servers and Dedicated Servers arenít eligible for any refunds

As mentioned earlier, the request for refund has to be provided in writing by generating a ticket in the membersí area.

Only requests that doesnít quality for any of the above mentioned conditions will be taken under consideration. The maximum of fifty percent of the account fee that is paid in full advance before account setup can be refunded.

The Software Costs, Administration Costs, Setup Fee (including both levied and waived off) and any other third party cost will not be refunded. The refund process will take ninety days from the date of acceptance of refund ticket by The Cloud Rack.

Refunds are credited as hosting credits or domain credits only. It will not be paid as cash or check / bank transfer or deposit.
